CITIC Resources (stock code: 01205.HK) has been listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange since 1997. CITIC Limited is the largest shareholder with about 59.5% interest in CITIC Resources.
The Company's business scope encompasses various sectors including the exploration, development and production of oil and coal, investments in bauxite mining, alumina refinery, aluminium smelting and oil and gas trading. In our oil and gas business, we adhere to dual driver development strategy of ‘investment + trading’. For non-oil-and-gas businesses, we secure the stability and smooth flow of critical-metal supply chains and concentrate on developing “small yet beautiful” resource projects. As at December 31, 2025, CITIC Resources' total assets amounted to approximately HK$14.61 billion. The gearing ratio and interest-bearing debt ratio were approximately 38.8% and 23.5% respectively, with annualized ROE at ~2%. The group continues to maintain a strong financial position with cash and deposits of approximately HK$3.52 billion.
